6-Seat Challenge Wheel

Through the Challenge Wheel activity, participants share challenges they are facing and collaborate to brainstorm potential solutions.

Step 1: Each participant writes down a specific challenge they are facing.

Step 2: Shift the paper, read the challenge your neighbor wrote, and write down a suggestion to help them address their challenge.

Step 3: Repeat step 2 until every person at your table has responded to every one of the challenges.

This activity is designed for round tables that sit six people. An eight-seat option is also available.
