Connect directly with IWU students by spending the day at The Cove, our vibrant student gathering space in the Mallway of the Barnes Student Center in Marion, Indiana. Whether you're hiring for internships, part-time jobs, or full-time roles, this on-campus option is a great way to build relationships and visibility. We encourage intentional, mission-aligned engagement that supports student development—host a resume review, lead creative mock interviews, offer rapid-fire career coaching, or design your own interactive drop-in experience. We'll help promote your presence and match your ideas with student needs.
Details:
- $100/day (any time between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., M-F, September-April)
- Discounted rate: $75/day for IWU alumni, military, or nonprofit organizations
- Includes two lunch meal tickets and a social media spotlight for your organization
Once your date is confirmed and payment received, our team will follow up with promotional support and campus logistics.

Please note: Organizations offering programs that significantly overlap with existing IWU academic offerings—including graduate programs or theological degrees—are not eligible for Daily Campus Recruiting placements.
